Nature’s Earthly Choice Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds or Flax Seeds are delicious toppings you can add to any smoothie bowl to power you through the morning lull. Ultimately, it’s up to you which seeds you use!

Chia Seeds

Chia Seeds are amazing if you are trying to add iron and calcium to your diet. They are also an excellent source of Omega 3’s and antioxidants! They will absorb whatever liquid they are placed into which will give your smoothie bowl a thicker texture!

Hemp Seeds

3 Minute Smoothie Bowl Hack

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why is it the most skipped meal? On average, 31 million Americans skip breakfast each day. More often than not, this is due to lack of time in the morning. It’s also not helping if you are trying to lose weight. Research shows those who eat breakfast are less likely to be overweight and more likely to be within their ideal weight range compared to those who skip breakfast. Luckily, we have the tools to make breakfast easy, healthy and delicious! This hack will only take 3 minutes out of your morning! Give it a try and you will be hooked!

The key to a 3-minute smoothie bowl is preparation! All you will need is quart sized ziplock bags, a sharpie, and your desired smoothie ingredients!

Next, take a sharpie and write which liquid ingredients need to be added to your smoothie once it’s ready to be blended! Once you have blended your smoothie together, pour into a bowl and add your desired toppings!
