Frozen Yogurt Banana Bites

Ingredients:

1 cup yogurt of choice
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Nature's Earthly Choice Peanut Powder With Cocoa
1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 to 3 bananas

 

Directions:

  • In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla, peanut powder, and honey. You can add more peanut powder or honey, if you’d like.
  • Peel and slice the bananas. With a spoon, dip each piece in yogurt until completely coated. Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and garnish with coconut flakes, granola, or chocolate chips.
  • Freeze until the yogurt hardens, about 3 hours or overnight.

Ingredients:

4 eggs
2 bananas
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Butter or oil for cooking

 

Directions:

  • In a blender, combine the eggs, bananas, vanilla, and peanut powder with cocoa. Puree until blended together.
  • Warm butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the batter in ¼-cup scoops and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. The pancake is ready to flip when the edges turn crispy and the batter forms bubbles. Serve with chopped fruit, coconut flakes, maple syrup, or honey.

Ingredients:

1 banana
3 tablespoons Nature's Earthly Choice Peanut Powder With Cocoa
1 cup milk of choice
¼ cup yogurt of choice
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
3 to 5 ice cubes

 

Directions:

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Adjust the sweetener and peanut powder according to your taste preference. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glass and garnish with peanut powder, cocoa, or coconut flakes.

Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup nuts of choice
3 tablespoons Nature's Earthly Choice Peanut Powder With Cocoa
½ cup nut or seed butter
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

 

Directions:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Roughly chop the nuts and toss with the oats. Spread onto a metal sheet and bake for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  • In a small bowl, combine the peanut powder, nut butter, honey, and vanilla. Add the toasted oats and nuts and mix well.
  • Form into 1-inch balls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

1 cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup heavy cream or canned coconut milk

1 tablespoon organic cane sugar

 

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and heavy cream. Beat with a hand mixer until soft peaks form, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add the peanut powder, vanilla, and sugar. For a stronger peanut and cocoa flavor, add more powder. Beat until incorporated, another 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Chill for 2 to 3 hours. Before serving, top with peanut powder, cocoa powder, or chocolate shavings.

Ingredients:

½ cup old-fashioned oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 to 2 tablespoons Nature's Earthly Choice Peanut Powder With Cocoa
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons organic cane sugar or honey
½ cup milk of choice
½ cup strong coffee, cold

 

Directions:

  • Combine the oats, chia seeds, and peanut powder. Mix in the vanilla extract and sweetener of choice.
  • Transfer to a jar. Add milk and coffee, and mix well.
  • Tightly cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. For a silkier consistency, add more milk. Top with chocolate chips or more peanut powder.
